The Faces Of New York City




Sitting here, sipping my hot mocha as I view these emotional photography from Erin Toland, when Auld Lang Syne came on the radio... what a perfect moment to reflect on life. [pause]

If you ever attempt street photography, you will understand that it is very difficult. Being at the right place at the right time, and being ready to fire off your camera at a moment notice without interrupting the scene takes great coordination, timing, and talent.

These images speaks volume without words, documenting the spectrum of every human emotions in New York City. As Erin explains, "driven by faces and expressions, fueled by small details and hidden gestures."
